My wife loves this product a lot!Works great and stores the parts in a bin that’s attached which is handy.I love the mixer…was happy about the attached whisk and beater holder, but when I received it, the little door that holds them in was broken. So the feature I liked dint turn out so good, so I just put the attachments in a drawer. Work wonderful and great price!I do like this mixer. There are features I love. The way it releases the attachments. The amount of attachments is great. A milkshake rod, dough hooks, a whisk, and beaters. However...I'm unhappy with the beaters showing rust from the first use. I'm not sure what to do about that. Otherwise, it's great and a very good value. I do know beaters alone can be purchased.I am more impressed with this mixer than I thought I would be. I do not care for wire beaters, but it is hard to find the traditional beaters of old. I do like the fact that it has a turbo button. I push it at times just for fun... I know that is silly but it is just a cool feature. The neat thing about it is the faster the speed you are on the faster the turbo button goes.I also like the fact there are little pictures on the bottom of which beater goes in which hole. I always struggled with trying to figure out which one goes where. Now I just look at the little picture beside the hole. Pretty neat idea I think. The first couple times I ejected the beater they seem to stick a wee bit. Now this last time they came right out. Maybe it just had to get loosened up a little, or maybe I wasn't afraid to pull the button harder this time. I Like the fact it is under the handle, no chance of ejecting them while mixing, unless you move your hand around, which I don't.As for the speeds, I know some have had a hard time finding a mixer that did not spray out over the bowl. I have not found this to be an issue on the lowest setting, in fact I have even lifted the beaters out of what I am beating to clean them off some, with no issues. Now I will say the beaters seem a little short, meaning the mixer sits down in the bowl more than I am used to, but it has not caused any issues so far.As for the snap on case, well I don't use it. Just couldn't quite get the hang of that one.. So I just store the extra beaters in it.. It was just too much messing around for me, some might like it. Doesn't take away from the mixer itself..I am usually in a hurry and don't want to mess trying to fit it on top.I would have to say I like it a lot so far, the beaters are better than my last wire beaters, thus the reason I was trying to stay away from them. These seem to be okay though. Guess it's the new thing. They are easier to clean than the old traditional ones.November 16, 2014 - UPDATE; Well I have used this mixer a little more by this time - I would like to add a bit to my review. I have found that the mixer will bog down when up under stress - such as mixing Zucchini cake or bread. Even with the turbo button I cam smell it getting hot. Not sure what to make of this at this point. I still really like the mixer and I do hope it holds up but I am having second thoughts on that. I will keep you posted in a few more months. The storage for utensils is fabulous! Dont let the beaters sit in water for hours on end. Will start to rust around the base. My ?Got this New Mixer when our old one was damaged. The plusses are, the ability to bump the mixer on and off on speed 1, so you can start incorporating your batter, without it being flung all over the Kitchen because other Mixers low speeds are just too fast. The wire beaters seem to do as good a job as our older flat bent metal ones did, and they are easier to clean when done. On High, this thing really "cooks". It will beat eggs to peaks. And it doesn't seem to bog down too much on cookie dough. It came with the two Beaters, Dough hooks, and a Wisk . The only thing I see wrong so far is the cup that holds all the attachments , that is "supposed" to snap on the bottom of the mixer, Won't. The small tab that is supposed to latch at the front is a full 1/8" to short to get to where it needs to click on. And there's no forcing it to work, it just doesn't reach. Not a killer for the Mixer though, It does what it's intended to do and well In my opinion. Sure I could pay more for a fancy, electronic mixer, but why? This mixer is a bit heavier than expected, perhaps because of a larger motor. However it works well and the storage container, which is not difficult to work, keeps the beaters in one place. Just got it, but expect it to work well for some time.I was excited to get this mixer to help me cook more at home. I love that this mixer came with a case for it and all the attachments so you can store it away neatly and cleanly away for use another day. I used it once with the whisk to whip up some pudding and it worked just fine with such an easy task. The cleanup was easy as well. A few days later I was making chocolate chip cookies and although the mixer did fine with the initial light mixing of the sugar, eggs, softened butter and vanilla together, as the flour and baking soda mixture was added, the blender seemed to be struggling under the stress. We tried to take it easy and not push it too hard, but after just a minute or two it suddenly shot smoke out the back vent and smelled like horribly burnt plastic. We were afraid of electrical fire because it was so sudden and dramatic! This was not just an overheated motor getting the plastic around it a little too warm. If you can't use a mixer to do something as simple as mix a regular-size batch of cookie dough when it's nearly brand new out of the box, how can you expect it to do anything else worth buying a mixer for? I was surprised they included a hook for dough with the mixer even before the mixer exploding on me. I could t imagine trying to use this mixer for something as tough as bread dough! Do not buy this mixer unless all you ever do with a mixer is very light tasks like whipping up icing, whipped cream, pudding or mixes that are very light and on the liquid side. DO NOT buy it or use it for cookie dough, bread dough, or anything where you will have to actually do MIXING.Good, solid mixer. The accessory box stays on fine, as long as you line up the retention tabs. Good power. The beaters are keyed, so put the one with the ring on it in the large hole. My only 'complaint' is that the colour is significantly closer to magenta than the dark purple in the picture.Edit: I admit, I was skeptical. Dough hooks are usually used on stand mixers, just because of the strength involved. But that is a single hook. My hand mixer came with dough hooks; I doubted, but kneading bread is an arduous process, so I gave them a try. They are two hooks, not one, spinning in opposition to each other. They work so well! They pull the dough in and knead it and the way they are spiralled force them out of the dough if you don't hold it down. They don't fling the dough about or put a lot of stress on your hand when you hold the mixer. And because of the spiral, they come out of the dough fairly cleanly. Me he olvidado casi por completo de usar la Kitchen Aid.Made my arm hurt mixing one batch cookies and my old mixer is heavier think it is large handle made for man hands! Difficult design to clean and on low it send stuff flying out to six feet up my cupboards terrible. Not a quality feel, too big to fit in my drawer like my old one. Do not recommend it, this is second mixer i have returned will try them out till find a good one! Oster was no good either.En general es un buen producto, sin embargo las aspas son algo delgadas, no lo recomiendo para uso extenso o pesado, pero para uso NO rudo en el hogar es ideal. Todas sus piezas caben en el recipiente y se economiza espacio.
