Simple design, traditional style, quality materials and easy to install - if you know how. If you're not an experienced contractor or handyman, its better to hire someone to install it for you. It's a good, quality fixture at an affordable price. This faucet arrived quickly and well packed. There was a missing O-ring which I had to pick up at the local hardware store for less than $2. The faucet is very sleek and has a pivoting spout and the newer pop up style drain stopper. The "brushed gold" finish is very nice and matches well with other brushed gold or even antique brass fixtures. The installation was fairly simple as it comes with all the hoses, (supply lines included), that you will need to install it. I took the opportunity to replace my shut-off valves with push-to-fit quarter turn ball valves. The removal of the old faucet wound up taking most of the installation time. One important note is that these handles are single piece units not meant to be serviced. This means that you cannot access the ceramic valves for replacement. The manufacturer does state that the valves should endure 500,000 cycles. At an average of 50 uses per day, that works out to 27+ years, so there shouldn't be an issue. However, it is something to consider.I would recommend this faucet.I love the fact that this product is a complete installation kit. The installation instructions are easy to understand. I was able to install everything in a timely manner. The only problem I encountered after installation was a kinked diverter hose that connects the cold and hot water to the faucet. Overall, this product looks great and I love the pop up drain. I am not a professional plumber, and I was able to install it with relative ease.Good directions, and seems to be well made so far. Easy to install even for those who are not inclined to install faucets. Its a very good looking faucet as, much nicer than what I have found at my local home store. This set is very nice. Solidly made and easy install on an existing sink
