I love both of these Danish Whisks. I saw a Danish Dough Whisk featured on Cook's Illustrated and was sold on it immediately.I have been baking yeast breads by hand for over 40 years and never knew this tool existed. I use these Danish Dough Whisks two or three times a week and it cuts the mixing of my batter/dough in half.It exceeds my expectations especially when the dough is wet and in the early stages of mixing. I do convert to kneading by hand when the dough is drier, as that is necessary at the kneading stage.I have chosen to name the two-eyed-whisk "Smiley" and the one-eyed whisk "Grumpy"! PLEASE..can anyone tell me which is better for what, the two-eyed, versus the one-eyed? I have yet to find out!!!A TINY minor issue -- if you have small hands they are a tad big to hold..however, their efficiency in mixing any batter overcomes that for me! I LOVE THESE!!!I've used the whisks on batter yeast breads, yeast dough, cookies, cakes, whisking dry ingredients together. An added benefit is when making cookies and cakes - the Danish Whisk mixes batters so efficiently and quickly you do not over mix your batter. As soon as I am done mixing, I rinse off the whisk under cool, running water, wash by hand and towel dry immediately. It is very easy to clean. I have had no problems with dough getting stuck anywhere in the tool. I highly recommend them.
